📋 Description

• Follow up on client inquiries and recommend well-matched hotel and travel solutions • Provide professional consultation and complete luxury hotel and bespoke travel sales • Maintain continuous communication with clients via email and online platforms • Assist with order confirmation, amendments, and after-sales follow-up • Maintain long-term client relationships and improve client retention • Uphold brand standards and professional service positioning • No administrative or non-sales duties required

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must participate as independent contractors • Must not be employed by or engaged with any competing for-profit organization • Must not represent any company or institution • Strong passion for travel and a solid understanding of the luxury hotel industry and booking systems • Holders of premium international hotel loyalty memberships preferred • Quick learner; no specific academic degree required • Background in tourism, hospitality, accounting, or finance preferred • Prior sales experience or experience in the hospitality/travel industry preferred • Experience as a travel consultant or in hotel management is an advantage • Working proficiency in Chinese and English required • Fluency in Japanese or Cantonese is a plus and may qualify candidates for overseas business segments • Strong communication skills • Excellent email management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word • High integrity, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
