📋 Description
• Conduct initial and detailed immigration screenings to identify viable cases. • Build rapport with compassion, active listening, and cultural humility. • Screen accurately for information on family and humanitarian immigration options. • Collect consultation fees and maintain organized consultation scheduling and documentation. • Log intakes for legal assessment, track outcomes, and follow viable vs. non-viable procedures. • Conduct proactive daily outreach- including calls, texts, and emails—to answer questions, address concerns, and help clients move forward. • Use empathy, professionalism, and consistent follow-through to build trust and encourage viable clients to open their case. • Track all steps and client communications accurately using internal tools. • Maintain a positive, solutions-oriented, and persistent approach, with the clear goal of converting viable leads into active cases.
🎯 Requirements
• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (speaking, reading, writing, listening). • Strong ability to build trust through a warm, compassionate, people-centered approach. • Comfortable with sales outreach and encouraging clients to take action. • Excellent attention to detail, organization, accuracy, and task tracking. • Ability to work independently, manage time well, and stay focused in a remote environment. • Strong typing, math, and auditing skills. • Windows computer required (not Mac).
