📋 Description
• Review and assess technical pitch decks, whitepapers, and executive summaries related to emerging quantum and advanced compute technologies • Provide expert analysis of proposed value propositions, technology readiness levels (TRL), scalability, hardware/software integration feasibility, and commercialization barriers • Identify red flags, potential strategic partners, and relevant industry analogs in computing, defense, aerospace, and national lab ecosystems • Review technical and commercial roadmaps of Roadrunner portfolio companies developing or applying quantum and advanced compute technologies • Recommend pivots or refinements to product-market fit, customer segments, pricing models, and technical positioning • Advise on pathways to pilot projects or proof-of-concept deployments with enterprise, government, or research partners • Identify and summarize incumbent and emerging players in quantum computing, advanced sensing, and HPC sectors • Highlight key market trends, regulatory considerations, and technology adoption timelines that may influence early-stage ventures • Analyze global advancements in quantum and advanced compute, including government and private-sector initiatives, for competitive positioning
🎯 Requirements
• Seasoned Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep expertise in quantum technologies • Experience evaluating quantum computing, hybrid quantum-classical systems, and advanced compute architectures (neuromorphic, photonic, exascale) • Ability to review and assess technical pitch decks, whitepapers, and executive summaries • Experience analyzing technology readiness levels (TRL), scalability, hardware/software integration feasibility, and commercialization barriers • Familiarity with computing, defense, aerospace, and national lab ecosystems and strategic partnerships • Experience advising on go-to-market strategies, pilot projects, and proof-of-concept deployments with enterprise, government, or research partners • Ability to identify incumbent and emerging players, market trends, and regulatory considerations • Strong technical, strategic, and market insights to inform investment decisions and portfolio company strategy • Willingness to work on an ad hoc contractor/consultant basis
