• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Consultant, with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. • Proven experience leading Salesforce implementations and delivering successful CRM solutions for mid-to-large enterprises. • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and integration capabilities. • Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, and managing client relationships. • Experience working in agile environments, managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience with Salesforce integration (REST/SOAP APIs) and data migration strategies. • Ability to design solutions that involve data mapping, custom objects, custom fields workflows, and reports. • Familiarity with Salesforce tools such as Flow, Process Builder, Lightning App Builder, and • Apex.
