📋 Description
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle • Design and execute test cases • Design and maintain E2E automated tests • Verify that the implemented software meets the business requirements • Suggest functionality improvements based on usability standards • Review requirements documents in terms of consistency, completeness, and correctness. • Conduct post-release/ post-implementation plans and testing
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of progressive experience in software quality assurance and quality control is a must, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead QA role. • Proven expertise in both manual and automated testing, including hands-on experience with automation frameworks. • Demonstrated ability to design and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and regression suites for complex software systems. • Strong track record of identifying, isolating, and documenting critical bugs and edge cases, with a reputation for meticulousness and attention to detail. • Experience leading and mentoring QA teams and managing quality processes in Agile or hybrid development environments. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders and translate technical findings into business value. • Proficiency with bug tracking and test management tools. • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Excellent in English
