• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. • Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements. • Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications. • Work closely with developers, QA, and architects to ensure accurate implementation. • Analyze data flows, system integrations, and dependencies to support solution design. • Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation. • Perform gap analysis and propose system enhancements or process improvements. • Support testing by validating test cases against requirements. • Troubleshoot issues by analyzing logs, system behavior, and data mapping. • Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and technical discussions. • Act as subject matter expert (SME) between IT and business teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field. • 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a technical BA role. • Strong knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and data flows. • Proficiency with SQL and data analysis tools. • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools (Jira, Confluence). • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC). • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to create technical documentation (process maps, data flow diagrams, system specifications)
