📋 Description
• Design fraud prevention decisioning engines for all loan products • Recommend verification standards which address risk concerns discovered in loan applications • Leverage data analytics and machine learning • Lead fraud prevention analysts in evaluating risk concerns • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Communicate and embody the company’s vision • Identify, implement, and drive adoption of best practices • Lead and mentor the fraud prevention team
🎯 Requirements
• 8 years of experience in fraud investigation • 2 years of leadership experience • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience • Expertise in fraud prevention & identity risk • Experience developing and implementing initiatives that impact the organization • Experience mentoring and training team members
