📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists on performance, growth, production, and day-to-day responsibilities • Partner across business and technology organizations to align on priorities, influence strategy, and execute against a shared vision • Query, analyze, and summarize large and complex datasets to drive business strategy and decision-making • Apply statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling techniques to solve business problems • Support the development and scaling of internal and user-facing data products • Translate business processes and challenges into tractable data science problems • Monitor implemented solutions and conduct recurring evaluations to identify improvement opportunities • Generate simulations, experiments, and what-if analyses for strategic decision-making • Create reports for the team and senior leadership to track strategic goals and outcomes • Communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences as actionable insights • Shape and evolve best practices, standards, and processes across the Data Science organization • Communicate and embody the company’s culture and mission

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of experience in a related field • 2 years of experience in management and administration • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics or a related field • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite • Proficiency in Python • Proficiency in SQL, noSQL and ElasticSearch • Knowledge of Statistics, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and machine learning
