• Join a global leader in electronic materials and help drive innovation across Aerospace & Defense, Wireless/5G, Automotive Radar and Industrial RF applications. • Develop new business, expand existing medium‑to‑large accounts, and influence early design decisions at OEMs. • Identify opportunities, support customer applications, and collaborate internally to deliver superior technical and commercial solutions. • Drive early engagement with OEM engineering, procurement, and program teams to influence RF/PCB material selection. • Build, manage, and grow relationships with PCB fabricators. • Grow key European OEM accounts and coordinate with Asia/US colleagues. • Monitor customer activity, competitor movements, and market trends in RF, microwave, automotive, aerospace, and industrial sectors. • Collaborate with Technical Service, R&D, Product Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related technical field; equivalent experience considered. • 5+ years in RF/microwave electronics and/or PCB design, fabrication, or materials. • Strong knowledge of RF systems, PCB stack‑ups, and high‑frequency behavior. • Experience managing OEM and fabricator accounts across engineering, procurement, and program functions. • Fluent in English; Nordic language a plus. • Ability to travel within the region (30–40%).
