• Support client success through change enablement, communication strategy, execution and communication ecosystem support • Oversee discrete client projects from start to finish or direct workstreams of larger client engagements • Provide overall project leadership and direct program or project for a client • Manage day-to-day client relationships and advise clients on best approaches to achieve goals • Conduct assessments and create change, engagement and communication strategies • Manage and enable strong team performance through expectations, feedback, guidance and support • Manage projects according to Statement of Work and project budget • Meet timelines with high-quality deliverables • Participate in new business development by identifying opportunities and discussing potential projects with clients
• Bachelor's degree (four-year college or technical school) required • Master’s degree preferred; field of study: communications or marketing • 5+ years designing complex strategic communication plans • 5-7 years in communication, marketing or related field • 5+ years in internal communication • 3+ years consulting preferred • Experience managing a communication or engagement team within large, complex organizations • Experience developing and executing strategic communication and engagement plans • Strong writing and editing skills • Ability to build strong client relationships and lead teams • Proficient in standard business software and technology platforms • Ability to learn technology applications quickly • Eligible to work in the United States; employer cannot sponsor visas
