📋 Description

• Conduct company, market, and industry research and analysis to identify relevant drivers and trends • Evaluate companies and business models across various industries through financial analysis • Perform information searches and analyze quantitative and qualitative data • Calculate key financial indicators, metrics, and benchmarks, and conduct complex financial analyses • Utilize professional databases, especially financial databases, eg. Bloomberg, CapIQ, Moodys • Support internal studies and product development • Contribute to internal knowledge management.

🎯 Requirements

• Outstanding business economics degree from a university or international business school • First professional experience in Corporate Finance or M&A, e.g., at auditing firms, investment banks, financial investors, or consulting companies • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, and a high level of service orientation and flexibility • Proficiency in MS Office and professional financial databases like CapIQ, Moodys, Bloomberg etc.; • Structured and goal-oriented working style, with friendly and open communication • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Ukranian, additional language skills in German and / or French are desirable.
