📋 Description
• Lead the development of our fundraising roadmap • Grow a national network of supporters • Develop a balanced approach to fundraising • Lead the execution of key initiatives • Work closely with Foundation leaders • Track emerging trends in philanthropy • Collaborate with teams from different functions
🎯 Requirements
• Master’s degree in business, Social Sciences, or another related field • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a direct fundraising and partnership role • At least 3 years in a leadership position • Experience with social or development sector organizations preferred • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision • Highly organized with strong project management skills • Outstanding leadership capabilities • Ability to communicate a compelling vision and drive results
