• RouteThis is on a mission to revolutionize technical support. • We build AI-powered solutions that help Internet Service Providers and Smart Home companies solve connectivity and WiFi problems—before the subscriber  ever needs to call. • Our customers already benefit from our SaaS solutions today and we aim to magnify that value by building agentic qualities into our solutions. • As we pivot our platform to be AI-first, we’re looking for a Senior AI Developer who thrives at the intersection of applied machine intelligence and practical engineering.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience building and shipping AI-powered products. • Familiarity in LLM evaluation techniques: tool correctness, grounding, hallucination detection, prompt tuning, safety, etc. • Understanding of RAG, multi-modal inputs, prompt engineering, and customer-specific customization. • Practical knowledge of LLM observability, model selection, and cost-performance tradeoffs. • Experience working in startup or high-speed product environments, where ownership and iteration are key. • Proven experience designing and building robust, scalable software systems. • Experience using AI developer tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Surfboard) as part of your day-to-day workflow—and a willingness to share those practices to uplift the entire team. • A natural coach and mentor—someone who makes the team better by sharing insights, patterns, and feedback. • Voice interface or voice UX experience is a strong plus. • Familiarity with modern dev stacks (e.g., AWS, Python, Node.js, React) and CI/CD pipelines.
