📋 Description

• Execute email marketing campaigns across Rove Concepts and Rove Next • Build, maintain, and optimize automated customer journeys, including welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, and retention flows • Develop customer segmentation to deliver personalized marketing experiences • Work closely with the Creative and E-Commerce teams to support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns • Create, test, and optimize email content, subject lines, layouts, and calls-to-action • Conduct A/B testing to improve engagement, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance • Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights • Maintain email marketing calendars and ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule • Stay up to date with email marketing, CRM, and lifecycle marketing best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing within an e-commerce business • Experience using email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or similar • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, marketing automation, and lifecycle campaigns • Basic HTML knowledge for email editing is considered an asset • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Excellent communication and attention to detail
