📋 Description
• Partner with logistics, production, supply chain, and operations teams to analyze cross-functional data and uncover insights. • Support demand planning and inventory cycles, evaluating product performance and building purchasing plans. • Identify and manage financial risks and opportunities in line with company goals. • Lead and automate forecasting and reporting processes using advanced and AI-enabled tools. • Build and maintain financial models for scenario planning and analysis. • Monitor and report on KPIs, recommending improvements. • Provide ad-hoc analysis for leadership on high-priority questions. • Assess current workflows and propose automation or process improvements. • Approach problems with an entrepreneurial mindset and take ownership of solutions.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration • Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or FP&A professional • Advanced Excel (models, forecasting, automation); familiarity with BI tools or AI-powered analytics (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, ChatGPT) a plus • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to turn data into insights • Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Experience evaluating business performance metrics and linking them to strategy • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, North America–focused environment • Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects at once • A continuous learning and automation mindset.
