📋 Description
• Serve as a key legal advisor on all real estate matters • Lead counsel for all real estate transactions including acquisitions and dispositions • Draft, negotiate, and review commercial leases for retail and industrial properties • Develop, review, and negotiate all contracts related to the real estate portfolio • Provide legal advice and counsel to management on real estate-related legal and business matters • Work collaboratively with business teams to ensure legal strategies align with real estate objectives
🎯 Requirements
• Law degree (J.D. or equivalent) from an accredited institution • 3–5 years of significant experience working within a law firm or corporate environment • Proven expertise in real estate transactions and lease negotiations • Demonstrated experience working effectively with senior leadership and C-suite executives • Ability to draft and negotiate contracts related to complex real estate transactions and commercial leases
