📋 Description

• Serve as a first-line resource for employees and managers by answering incoming team calls and providing guidance on RTX Global Time and Labor policies and procedures • Create, triage, and manage service cases in the designated case management system • Ensure proper case documentation, categorization, follow-through, and resolution • Provide reliable, quick, and accurate customer support and problem resolution • Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information • Identify recurring issues and process gaps and recommend improvements • Ensure compliance with federal and state wage and hour laws and RTX policies • Research and perform calculations, analysis, and data entry to support labor processes • Work ServiceNow tickets from internal and external customers

🎯 Requirements

• AA/AS degree or other 2-year post-high-school training, or equivalent experience • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in payroll, timekeeping, finance, auditing, and/or compliance • Strong PC-based skills • Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables • Experience in payroll or timekeeping in a corporate environment preferred • Working knowledge of SAP, EV5, and Workday in payroll or timekeeping preferred • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize workload • Problem-solving and decision-making skills • Ability to provide exceptional customer service through verbal and written communication in a corporate environment • U.S. citizenship required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under the program/contract • No security clearance required
