📋 Description

• Responsible for the comprehensive life cycle management of a portfolio of subcontracts • Participate in pre-proposal strategy to the generation of the Request for Proposal and drafting of the subcontract • Subcontract close-out • Liaison to the Pratt & Whitney prime contracts team that negotiates the prime contract with the U.S. Government Joint Program Office • Key participant in the negotiations with subcontractors • Interact with Pratt & Whitney stakeholder organizations to ensure subcontract documentation is fully aligned with the prime contract requirements • Work closely with the Pratt & Whitney Military Engines Program Management team as a business partner on contract matters

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in Contracts; OR an Advanced degree and 7+ years of experience in Contracts • US Citizenship required, due to government contracts • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong document drafting skills • Understanding of aerospace business and legal issues • Familiarity with industry best practice process improvement tools • Significant experience working with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and the Government procurement process • Juris Doctor
