📋 Description

• Shape AI-enabled experiences that enhance, not replace, the human connection in therapy • Focus on native mobile experiences (iOS and Android) while collaborating on cross-platform design solutions • Create user-centered workflows that make therapy more accessible, engaging, and effective • Combine strong mobile design expertise with emerging AI-powered features to empower therapists and support patients • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and AI/ML partners • Contribute to design systems, end-to-end product design, and prototyping • Drive innovation and set a new standard for mental health care through thoughtful product design

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design with a strong portfolio demonstrating shipped products • Proven experience designing native mobile applications (iOS + Android), with a track record of launching high-quality mobile-first products • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and (ideally) AI/ML partners • Mastery of Figma for end-to-end product design, prototyping, and design system contribution • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly articulate design decisions and tradeoffs • US-based and eligible to work in the United States (application asks about eligibility and visa sponsorship) • Preferred: Exposure to designing experiences that incorporate AI or machine learning (e.g., personalization, intelligent assistance) • Preferred: Experience designing interfaces for high-trust domains • Preferred: Experience conducting and integrating user research into the design process • Preferred: Experience with cross-platform design systems (iOS, Android, and web) • Preferred: Familiarity with accessibility standards for mobile (WCAG, iOS Accessibility APIs, Android Accessibility Suite) • Preferred: Experience with motion design and micro-interactions for mobile (animations, transitions, haptic feedback)
