📋 Description
• Monitor carrier and ecosystem partner health, troubleshoot message filtering, guide clients through complex compliance requirements, and own the tools and processes that keep everything running smoothly
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in text messaging, telecom operations, or a SaaS environment (carrier or aggregator experience is a plus) • Strong troubleshooting skills—you enjoy tracking down root causes and fixing issues fast • Clear, concise communicator who can translate complex regulations into plain English • Up-to-date on (or eager to learn) industry standards: TCPA, CTIA guidelines, 10DLC, toll-free verification, and short code processes • Comfortable collaborating across engineering, product, and client success teams • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent documentation habits • Integrity, humility, and professionalism • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and high sense of urgency • Thrives in a fast-paced, start-up style environment • Willing to travel quarterly for team gatherings (costs covered)
