📋 Description

• Participate in customer sales meetings, explain Runpod technologies, provide architectural recommendations, and build proof-of-concept solutions for onboarding potential high-spending customers • Troubleshoot and resolve critical or complex customer technical issues involving configuration, performance, functionality, compatibility, or code errors • Use code analysis, testing scripts, log analysis, and remote access to identify root causes and provide solutions or workarounds • Communicate with customers and engineering, sales, supply, and product management teams to ensure satisfaction and incorporate feedback • Assist support with escalated technical tickets and collaborate with engineering on workarounds or bug fixes • Work with infrastructure teams on GPU server-related issues • Relay customer and support feedback to engineering to shape product improvements • Create and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, guides, and manuals • Develop and deliver training sessions, webinars, and demos for customers, partners, and internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field) or equivalent professional experience • 3+ years of professional experience in software development • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment • Familiarity with applied AI use cases such as inference, fine-tuning, LLM-based applications, or agentic systems • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail • Located in US in the PST region • Successful completion of a background check • Preferred: proficiency in Python (Django, Flask, PyTorch), JavaScript (React, Node.js), and Go, with hands-on full-stack development experience • Preferred: knowledge of Linux/Ubuntu, Docker, SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), MongoDB, data center components, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSH, and DNS • Preferred: experience deploying and managing AI/ML models as services or APIs and understanding model training, inference, and deployment on Runpod platforms • Preferred: ability to write and execute scripts, queries, or commands and read and understand code, logs, errors, or traces • Eligible to work without employment visa sponsorship; Runpod is currently unable to sponsor employment visas
