📋 Description
• Map, analyze, and redesign business processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. • Create process flows and documentation using BPMN tools. • Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions aligned with best practices. • Support the definition of KPIs and monitor process performance. • Conduct meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate processes. • Ensure adherence to governance and compliance standards. • Support digital transformation projects and system integrations.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in process analysis and modeling (minimum 3 years). • Knowledge of BPM tools (Bizagi, ARIS, Visio, or similar). • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies. • Ability to produce clear and concise documentation. • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or others) is a plus.
