📋 Description
• Database migrations; • Creation and improvement of reports; • System updates and new functionality development; • Implementation of compliance-related tools. • Ensure compliance requirements are properly defined and documented. • Conduct structured, results-focused meetings. • Ensure clear verbal and written communication in virtual environments (Teams). • Deliver presentations and interact via video across different time zones (primarily US). • Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements related to compliance. • Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into actionable tasks for technical and operational teams. • Simplify complex processes and create clear, documented workflows. • Keep the backlog up to date and ready for execution in Azure DevOps (ADO). • Identify and consolidate duplicate requests across stakeholders. • Support refinement sessions, sprint planning, and prioritization with leaders. • Partner with CPLs and data, compliance, and enablement leaders to define and prioritize requirements. • Anticipate demands, consolidate feedback, and align direction in complex environments. • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to align requirements and ensure business needs are met.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent role, preferably in Compliance, Risk, or Audit. • Experience working in matrixed environments with multiple leaders. • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Confluence, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook. • Experience managing backlog, eliciting, and consolidating requirements. • Experience with corporate tools: • Azure DevOps (ADO): backlog, PBIs, sprints; • Confluence: documentation and knowledge sharing; • SharePoint: document management; • Teams and Outlook: structured collaboration and communication. • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). • Basic SQL knowledge (desirable, not required). • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.) is a plus.
