📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement applications and enhancements on the ServiceNow platform. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog. • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST, SOAP, and other methods. • Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality deliveries. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting related to the ServiceNow platform. • Stay up to date with the latest platform features and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with strong platform knowledge. • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages. • Experience with ServiceNow integrations and web services (REST/SOAP). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is desirable. • Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is desirable. • Experience with agile development methodologies is desirable.
