📋 Description

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives. • Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer requirements and feedback to guide product development. • Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity of tasks for the development team. • Collaborate with stakeholders (customers, business leaders, and technical teams) to clarify requirements and manage expectations. • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives. • Evaluate product progress using data analysis and user feedback, proposing continuous improvements. • Make decisions about trade-offs between scope, quality, and deadlines to maximize product value. • Ensure a user-centered approach, delivering exceptional experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within an Agile or Scrum environment. • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to support decisions. • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable user stories. • Sufficient technical knowledge to collaborate effectively with development teams. • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. • Experience with product management tools such as Aha!, Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar.
