📋 Description
• Lead negotiations with Runway’s customers and strategic partners • Implement commercial processes, tools, and infrastructure • Empower the sales team with tools and knowledge • Dive into technical aspects of generative AI products • Follow legal and policy developments in generative AI
🎯 Requirements
• A J.D. and admission in good standing with at least one state bar • 6+ years of experience negotiating complex commercial contracts • Experience with B2B SaaS customer negotiations • Strong business acumen • Experience managing privacy programs relating to marketing and users is a plus
