📋 Description

• Conduct in-depth protection reviews covering Life, CIC, and Income Protection • Deliver advised recommendations from a large, competitive panel of providers • Maintain the 4.8/5 Trustpilot reputation by putting customers’ best interests first • Handle warm internal transfers and pre-booked calls from 70+ Mortgage Experts • Focus on advice and sales while using AI and automation to reduce administrative work • Work a 39-hour week on a flexible shift pattern with no Saturdays

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 18 months of previous experience in an advised Protection role • CeMAP, CertPro, or R05, or willingness to achieve this in the first 3 months • Strong rapport-building skills • Ability to handle complex medical cases with empathy and precision • High-achiever mindset • Work a 39-hour week on a flexible shift pattern • No Saturdays
