• Manage all assigned projects in the most efficient manner possible • Ensure client retention, satisfaction and ultimately revenue growth • Ensure that project teams are clear to the scope, complexity and expectations of clients for all projects • Keep clients fully informed as to the progress, position and financial status of their projects • Running projects within the specified range of project management activities
🎯 Requirements
• English language skills at least B2/C1 • German-speaking skills • Experience in localization project management • Good level of understanding of the O365 product suite • Ability to work with tools supporting teamwork • Computer skills • Organizational skills • Analytical and problem solving abilities • Attention to details and work under pressure • Interest in languages and culture • Experience in leading an account as a Project Manager - nice to have
