• 5+ years of sales experience, ideally with SaaS solutions or selling to medical practices. • 2+ years leading an Account Executive team with measurable success. • A proven track record of exceeding quotas individually and through your team. • Strong command of the sales process and familiarity with multiple methodologies. • Experience leading teams in an outbound, high-velocity environment (not just inbound). • Analytical mindset with the ability to break down performance metrics and optimize accordingly. • Proficiency with Salesforce (required) and Outreach (preferred). • Bonus: knowledge of medical practice operations. • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to inspire trust and action. • Highly organized, autonomous, and energized by operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
