• Assist the Payroll Manager in all areas of payroll processing • Research payroll tax questions from employees and agencies • Review quarterly tax information and prepare international payroll worksheets • Ensure proper tax jurisdiction setup in the HRMS system • Review periodic tax reports and files • Assist in balancing the payroll and reviewing exception reports • Create payroll worksheets for established international countries • Review quarterly payroll reports from the tax vendor
• Five years related payroll experience in a multi-jurisdictional environment • The preferred candidate would have or be working toward CIPP qualification • Intermediate skills in Workday or similar payroll software • Intermediate skills in Microsoft® Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and Internet navigation/research
