📋 Description

• Provide operational support to the brokerage team through day-to-day operational tasks • Assist with executing and coordinating brokerage operations • Support implementation and improvement of operational procedures • Coordinate with brokers to prepare documents and cover letters for renewal business • Provide administrative support with filing, printing, and archiving documents • Administer and accurately update client information in required systems • Maintain organized records of client accounts, transactions, and documentation • Answer broker requests and questions by telephone, email, chat, or in person • Contribute to compliance reports and collaborate with broker and finance teams • Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies • Assist in identifying and mitigating operational risks and implementing controls • Support the Brokerage team with ad hoc tasks and requests

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, Sales, and Risk Management preferred • Any other related discipline or commensurate work experience considered • Ability to multi-task • Ability to communicate effectively • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performing team environment • Active Property & Casualty license highly preferred, and/or willingness to obtain within the first 45 days of employment • 1+ years of Commercial insurance experience preferred
