📋 Description

• apply advanced skills to resolve complex problems independently • participate in definition of obligations and selection of approaches to solutions • recommend modifications to processes to resolve situations • contribute to the completion of organizational projects and goals • perform complex level analysis and problem solving to assist in the development of business processes, products and services • identify and use analytical techniques to gather, assess and evaluate data • prepare status updates and reports for management • review and interpret business functions • conduct audits and quality control/assurance practices • perform needs assessments • work with constituents to develop concepts • lend support to lower-level analysts • develop documentation and user manuals as directed • function as a Team Lead, providing guidance and support to lower-level employees • perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• H.S. diploma/GED • Associate's degree, preferred • Bachelor's degree, preferred • Four (4) years or more experience in accounting/financial with the H.S. Diploma • Three (3) years or more experience of working with the Associates degree preferred • One (1) year or more experience with a bachelor's degree preferred
