📋 Description

• Partner with Sales and Marketing to drive new customer onboarding in launched and pilot markets • Visit prospects and set them up on the Tapped Trailers platform • Verify insurance and DOT requirements • Resolve customer complaints and platform or transaction issues • Propose solutions for DOT violations, accidents, breakdowns, and related issues • Maintain customer satisfaction around rental transactions across multiple markets • Hold customer feedback sessions and incorporate feedback • Monitor trailer inventory and customer profiles for accuracy • Support strategic planning and present results to Ryder's Executive Team • Monitor and maintain yield pricing in target markets • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Transportation, or equivalent experience • Two (2) years or more of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Operations • Proven track record of onboarding new customers • Advanced-level knowledge of Ryder's rental product line • Trailer or equipment industry experience is a plus, though not required • Must verify insurance/DOT requirements • Travel 10–20%, typically about once a quarter for a local sales blitz
