📋 Description

• Responsible for overseeing operations and personnel across assigned locations • Direct supervision of a Supervisor, Maintenance Services, as well as up to two office support staff • Lead a team of 10 to 20 Technicians • Responsible for management of location(s) performance against metrics to meet and/or exceed assigned objectives • Ensure the customer's needs are being met while balancing financial, operating, quality, safety and asset targets • Execute work analysis, vehicle planning and scheduling, and productivity tracking • Provides management, training and development of all personnel assigned • Responsible for customer relationship management, issue resolutions, customer satisfaction and retention • Implement cost control measures related to maintenance operations budget and P&L statement • Collaborate with Sales Team to develop service requirement section of the Customer Care Plan

🎯 Requirements

• H.S. Diploma/GED • Associate's Degree in Business, Transportation, Distribution/Logistics or related study (Preferred) • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Transportation, Distribution/Logistics or related study (Preferred) • 3 years or more in a maintenance operations environment • 0 to 1 year in Maintenance and Technical experience in a shop environment • 0 to 1 year in supervisory experience • Competent in basic computer skills and in a Microsoft Office environment • Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of diesel trucking industry • Must be able to understand financial statements and basic accounting principles
