📋 Description

• Manage fourth-party relationships with network carriers • Ensure SOP compliance, delivery performance, timely billing, and customer satisfaction • Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax them to network carriers • Research and update orders on Restoration Hardware's Ready to be Scheduled report • Work with network carriers to schedule orders • Process return authorizations and related RA statuses for all locations • Manage the monthly Open RA report • Research orders on the Over 50 report and obtain proof of delivery or conduct customer follow-up surveys • Update systems so clients can be invoiced • Respond to pending invoice questions from the Network Carrier Invoicing Team • Validate and update complete dates in iDirect for scheduled orders • Assist the Operations Supervisor with building return trucks • Serve as backup for the Operations Supervisor's phone and email • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Operations background in logistics and/or transportation • Organization skills • Ability to understand and follow work procedures • Verbal and written communication skills • Ability to build professional relationships • Practical learning skills • Bachelor's degree preferred • One (1) year or more of related experience required • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
