📋 Description
• Own and manage monthly close for multiple clients. • Prepare financial statements under U.S. GAAP or other required standards. • Analyze results vs.budget, forecast, and prior periods. • Ensure proper revenue recognition and expense matching. • Produce organized, executive-ready financial packages. • Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable. • Monitor cash, burn rate, and liquidity across clients. • Build annual budgets and periodic forecasts. • Implement and optimize accounting/ERP systems. • Oversee compliance activities (sales/use tax, payroll tax oversight, 1099s, franchise/state filings).
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • Extensive hands-on accounting experience; multi-entity or multi-client preferred. • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP. • Prior public accounting or audit exposure. • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines. • Excellent communication skills. • High professionalism and ownership mindset. • Ability to work independently in a remote U.S. environment.
