• Conduct cold calling and email campaigns to identify and penetrate new markets. • Develop tailored sales strategies to target potential clients effectively. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key commercial clients. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions meet client needs and are delivered efficiently. • Achieve sales targets and quotas, providing regular updates to senior management. • Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies. • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system to track outreach efforts. • Generate sales reports and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
• 3-5 years of experience in an outbound sales role, with at least 1-2 years in a management position. • Proficiency with Hubspot or similar CRM software. • Advanced English skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required). • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to design and implement effective sales strategies. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Self-motivated and capable of working independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
