📋 Description

• Produce 70+ static ad images per week across multiple brands • Create direct response ads designed to stop the scroll and drive clicks • Work from creative briefs and iterate quickly on winning concepts • Build variations of proven ads (different hooks, colors, layouts, CTAs) • Follow templates and brand guidelines while maintaining speed • Apply direct response principles: headlines, benefit driven copy, urgency, social proof • Collaborate with creative strategists on new concepts and angles • Organize and manage design assets efficiently • Meet daily and weekly output targets consistently

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Canva, or similar design tools • Experience creating static ads for paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest) • Understanding of direct response design principles, not just making things 'look nice' • Ability to produce high volume without sacrificing quality • Fast turnaround on iterations, minutes not hours • An eye for what makes ads convert: strong headlines, clear CTAs, scroll stopping visuals • Strong organization skills across multiple brands and assets • Reliability and consistency in hitting daily targets • Comfort with repetitive, process driven work • Openness to feedback and quick to implement changes • Bonus points for experience designing for DTC/e-commerce brands • A portfolio showing direct response static ads (not just brand work) • Understanding of ad metrics and what 'good performance' looks like • Experience with UGC style or native feeling ad creatives • Familiarity with AI design tools for faster iteration
