📋 Description
• Support our team in identifying client needs, defining project scopes, and crafting tailored software solutions. • Collaborate with stakeholders, conduct discovery sessions, and translate business requirements into actionable proposals. • Work closely with technical teams to ensure feasibility and assist in creating high-quality presentations, proposals, and cost estimates. • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs.
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2+ years in a pre-sales role or as a Consultant • Strong understanding of IT outsourcing, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and delivery models (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). • Experience working with enterprise clients and custom software development projects in industries such as FinTech and AI. • Proven experience in gathering and analyzing client requirements, preparing proposals, and assisting in the sales process. • Strong ability to define project scope, functional requirements, and business objectives. • Understanding of API integrations, cloud solutions, and software architectures (would be a plus). • Proficiency in diagramming tools (e.g., BPMN, UML, Figma, Miro). • High proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides for presentations and Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. • Ability to estimate timeframes, costs, and resource needs for projects • English and German Level C1 at least.
