📋 Description

• Provide detailed analysis of Tactical Engagement System (TES) data to help create training exercise After Action Reviews (AARs) for UK MOD and overseas military security customers • Plan and deliver AAR-supported TES exercises from Training Level ALPHA to CHARLIE in the UK or overseas • Collate, analyse, and prepare AAR products • Advise exercising troops on Saab equipment capabilities and coordinate before and during deployment • Plan training support for TES exercises as directed by Operations Managers • Lead a small deployed support team comprising an LTA and Field Tech • Deploy as an Analyst within larger teams, supporting a Lead or Senior Analyst • Deliver TES capability briefings to troops • Conduct TES Fitness using WinEXCON Analyst software • Operate WinEXCON on laptops or desktops to provide exercise analysis and AAR content • Assist with TES Issue and Receipt phases when required • Support customer delivery of AARs • Create unit Take Home Packs • Support completion of PTRs and PXRs • Assist with PBS communication system erection and maintenance • Assist with logistical resupply, ORBAT preparation, data exploitation, experimentation exercises, demos, and continuation training • Ensure field team adherence to Site and Field Team working instructions • Fulfil Lead Analyst or Senior Analyst duties as required • Attend UK or overseas training, including CONDO / Driver Training • Support Saab marketing activities and other Saab projects or departments

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant Combat Arm Command & Tactics course (essential) • Or, relevant Combat Support Command & Tactics course (essential) • Experience of working in battlegroup headquarters (highly desirable) • Military operational experience (desirable) • Understanding of DCC and / or MCC and Combined Arms tactics to Training Level FOXTROT • Valid driving UK driving licence (B+E desirable) • Valid UK passport (in date) • Must be able to pass CONDO medical • Consent to workforce screening activities including Baseline Personnel Security checks, National Security Vetting, reference checks, verification of working rights, and a security interview for preferred candidates
