📋 Description

• Lead the technical heart and organizational evolution of Seobility’s high-traffic SEO SaaS product • Report directly to the CEO and bridge engineering challenges with business impact • Guide the engineering team toward greater autonomy, outcome-focused execution, and AI-native engineering • Establish trusting relationships with the engineering team and tech leads • Foster ownership for outcomes and guide the transition from functional FE/BE roles to end-to-end ownership • Identify friction, bottlenecks, and AI leverage opportunities • Implement a value-driven delivery flow with improved predictability and velocity • Execute a roadmap balancing engineering transformation, tech debt, AI-native engineering, upskilling, and product innovation • Spearhead adoption of AI-native engineering practices • Bridge Product and Engineering, reduce dependencies, and empower end-to-end delivery • Own and co-create the technical vision and roadmap with Tech Leads • Ensure the data-heavy platform is fast, reliable, secure, scalable, privacy-compliant, and GDPR-compliant • Mentor and empower an international engineering team • Partner with the CEO, Product leadership, and saas.group Central Platform team on strategic, DevOps, and infrastructure topics • Navigate trade-offs between technical sustainability and delivery speed

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record leading engineering teams in a high-scale production environment • Experience building efficient team structures and operational excellence • High technical credibility across modern technology stacks • Ideally PHP/Laravel, Vue.js, and cloud infrastructure experience • Strong architecture and system-design expertise • Forward-thinking approach to AI for product features and engineering productivity • Strong product sense and ability to prioritize by customer value and business impact • Change-management skills, including building alignment and leading teams through resistance and transitions • Enabler mentality focused on team delivery and outcomes • Fluent English required • German is a strong advantage • SEO-related web technology domain understanding is a strong plus, including websites, crawling, indexing, and content analysis • Preferred time zone within ±2 hours of CET
