• Provide high-level administrative, operational, and analytical support to SAE ITC programs. • Manage documentation, coordination, invoicing, data integrity, and stakeholder communications. • Oversee invoicing and payment reconciliation. • Support updating and publication of standards and technical materials. • Serve as the primary point of contact for program-related inquiries. • Drive operational efficiency across programs through skilled database management and financial tracking. • Assist with capital equipment requests, vendor selection, and budget management for office supplies and program expenses.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, engineering, or a related field preferred. • Equivalent, relevant experience will be considered. • Four (4) or more years of experience in administration, program management, or a related field. • Two (2) or more years of experience in an applicable sector, such as engineering, automotive, aerospace, or a related industry. • Proficient computer skills with demonstrated expertise in office productivity software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations) and email applications. • Proven organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to follow through on both routine and complex tasks across multiple programs simultaneously. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven customer service orientation and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
