📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, creating a high-performing environment built on autonomy, accountability, and coaching • Own delivery and outcomes across 10 product teams, from discovery through to value realisation • Translate product strategy into clear priorities, plans, and measurable outcomes for your area • Make and guide prioritisation decisions, ensuring teams focus on the highest-impact work • Partner with Product Directors to align priorities, manage trade-offs, and maintain a coherent experience across domains • Establish clear ways of working, governance, and planning processes that enable teams to deliver effectively • Monitor progress closely, stepping in where needed to keep delivery on track without becoming a bottle neck • Work with Design and Engineering to ensure solutions balance customer experience, technical constraints, and speed to value • Optimise delivery across teams by managing dependencies, sequencing work, and driving consistency • Drive continuous improvement in how teams operate, including the adoption of AI and tooling

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading multiple product teams in a complex environment • Strong product judgement, with the ability to prioritise effectively and make clear trade-offs • Experience translating strategy into execution and measurable outcomes • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence across teams and leadership levels • A leadership style that balances autonomy and accountability, with a focus on coaching and development • Commercial awareness, with a focus on delivering measurable business impact • Solid understanding of how product, design, and engineering come together to deliver high-quality experiences.
