📋 Description

• Lead the product management team and own the product portfolio • Own one customer-facing roadmap tied to company objectives • Allocate investment across customer-facing teams, shared platforms, and longer-horizon bets • Make stage-gate decisions based on evidence • Run annual strategy and quarterly planning with the VP of Engineering • Establish and publish decision rights • Build operational support for product managers • Drive partner adoption within EHR and eCall systems • Establish AI accuracy, false-alarm, privacy, and evidence standards • Engage with major operators and shape pricing and packaging with Sales and Marketing • Represent Product at industry events and with investors • Coach, level, and hire product managers • Own customer NOI, Wellness AI and staffing intelligence, and product throughput outcomes • Double the rate of committed features launched and adopted by customers within the next year

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must be located in the United States • 10+ years in product • 5+ years leading product managers across multiple product areas • Experience leading product managers through an operating-model change • Experience with products combining hardware, AI/ML, and cloud software • AI/ML, hardware, and platform or partner-ecosystem products shipped to market • Experience with stage-gated development, certification, and field reliability • Enterprise B2B credibility • Experience carrying a product number • Decisive player-coach and clear writer who earns engineering's respect • Healthcare or senior living experience strongly preferred • Experience with regulated products, including HIPAA and life-safety, strongly preferred
