📋 Description

• Collaborate cross-functionally with business groups to document and communicate business processes. • Assist in the creation of presentations and storytelling materials that highlight strategic insights. • Partner with stakeholders to improve efficiency and enhance workflows. • Research and identify process improvement opportunities. • Contribute to RFP responses by gathering and organizing key information for proposals. • Help organize and maintain sales databases, CRM entries, and reporting dashboards. • Contribute to client onboarding and project support activities. • Participate in special projects and provide ad hoc support to the broader Global Sales team.

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, or a related field. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and time management. • Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); CRM or data tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau) is a plus. • Passion for sales, client service, and the sports/entertainment industry.
