🎯 Requirements
• B2B software or services sales experience (or strong sales background) • Cold calling, cold email, and follow-up skills (consultative, not pushy) • Comfort with rejection and persistence with follow-up • Ability to close deals independently • Self-starter mentality - you don't need hand-holding • Willingness to learn the automotive/garage industry fast • Track record of exceeding sales targets • Fully remote capable with reliable internet • Independent contractor mindset
