📋 Description

• Drive revenue growth and profitability across the local entity • Hold Vertical sales leaders accountable for sales ambition and in-market conversion • Use consolidated forecast data to challenge vertical performance and surface local market risks • Translate global strategy, operating model, and transformation agenda into a local execution plan • Oversee project and service delivery quality and timeliness within the country • Act as the in-market escalation point for significant client matters • Ensure delivery teams are resourced, capable, and aligned to evolving service offerings • Champion adoption of AI-powered tools, offerings, and delivery methods • Ensure the country organisation can sell, deliver, and operate in an AI-augmented model • Ensure compliance with local employment, tax, health and safety, and corporate governance requirements • Own works council and union relations where applicable • Drive workforce planning, organisational design, talent development, and cultural alignment • Integrate Sales, Delivery, Marketing, and Support across the geography • Connect local execution with global functions and resolve conflicts • Represent sa.global externally with clients, Microsoft local field teams, partners, and industry bodies • Lead in-market Microsoft field engagement and support local co-sell motions • Deliver revenue and margin targets, strong client satisfaction and retention, consistent delivery quality, and clean governance

🎯 Requirements

• General management experience spanning commercial performance, delivery quality, people capability, and client relationships • Ability to operate accountably in a matrix organisation • Commercial discipline and ability to challenge constructively • Experience navigating regulatory requirements, cultural nuance, works council dynamics, and global processes in local markets • Curiosity about AI and understanding of AI transformation implications for the business, clients, and team • Ability to balance global consistency with local agility • Ability to lead local strategy execution and in-market commercial performance • Ability to oversee legal entity and regulatory compliance, including employment legislation, tax, health and safety, and corporate governance • Ability to lead workforce planning, organisational design, talent development, and cultural alignment • Ability to represent the company with clients, Microsoft local field teams, in-country partners, and industry bodies
