📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain front-end web applications using modern web technologies • Build and style responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces for VA stakeholders • Integrate front-end components with backend REST services and APIs • Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to incorporate AI-driven insights and decision support into user interfaces and workflows • Implement front-end best practices for performance, security, and scalability in cloud-hosted environments • Work with UX designers and product owners to translate requirements and wireframes into production-ready UI components and screens • Support front-end testing, debugging, and performance optimization, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing where applicable • Maintain documentation for front-end components, UI patterns, and integration points with APIs and platform services

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience) and 5 years of experience; or Master’s Degree and 3 years of experience • Ability to obtain CompTIA Security+ certification within 90 days of employment • Must be a U.S. Citizen; no dual citizenship • Ability to obtain a secret clearance • Hands-on experience building front-end web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Experience with at least one modern front-end framework or library (e.g., ReactJS, Angular, or Vue) • Experience with Material UI or a similar component library • Experience using version control (Git) with platforms such as GitLab or GitHub • Experience working in a cloud environment (e.g., AWS, Azure) • Experience integrating front-end applications with backend services and RESTful APIs • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative Agile environment
