Therapists looking for 25+ hours a week have the option for W2. • Sailor Health is a clinician-led virtual psychotherapy startup dedicated to improving the mental health and well-being of the senior population. • We are seeking licensed mental health professionals to join our team and provide high-quality, compassionate care. • At Sailor Health, we understand that the well-being of our therapists is essential to providing exceptional care. • We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP) on a fee-for-service basis.

🎯 Requirements

• A completed master’s or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy. • An active clinical license (LCSW, LCSW-C, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP) in the state of Maryland. • Experience working with the geriatric population. • Comfort with technology and experience providing teletherapy is a plus.
