📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting. • Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient. • Work independently while being part of a collaborative and supportive care team. • Manage electronic documentation efficiently using streamlined EMR systems. • Participate in regular team meetings, supervision, and training to ensure best practices. • Provide teletherapy sessions during set hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM) with flexible scheduling. • Focus on clinical care while Sailor Health refers patients to you.

🎯 Requirements

• A completed master’s or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy. • An active clinical license (LCSW, LCSW-C, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP) in the state of Florida. • Experience working with the geriatric population. • Comfort with technology and experience providing teletherapy is a plus. • Ability to manage electronic documentation using EMR/telehealth platforms. • Must be eligible to practice as a licensed clinician in Florida.
